Client: Global distributor and fabricator of plastic sheet and specialty film products

Challenge: Inconsistent operating procedures in area distribution centers hinder client's ability to serve its customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Objective: Establish and document standard operating procedures for key processes at area distribution centers.

Solution: Training by Design organized standard operating procedures into a format to be used as an on-the-job reference guide and as a tool for training and managing distribution center associates.
