The Difference is in the Design

Client: Financial assets services provider for mutual fund companies and institutional investors

Objective: Provide continuous high quality financial services to clients.

Challenge: One business unit did not have up-to-date documentation of standard operating procedures, nor consistent and timely training for new hires. Employees in this unit also lacked in-depth knowledge of company systems.

Solution: Training by Design helped the business unit establish performance requirements and standards, identify job-specific training needs of new hires and performance improvement needs of existing employees. We designed a self-paced curriculum that included structured on-the-job training modules and a computer-based training component.
