Performance Solution Package

The Performance Solution Approach is designed to focus on improving job performance. Depending on the results of a needs assessment, the Approach may consist of a combination of training and non-training solutions. This approach is designed for the client who is committed to training and wants to see results.

This approach includes:
Needs Assessment (including executive report)
Performance Improvement Plan (including training and non-training solutions)
Instructor-led or self-paced training (depending on assessment results)
Instructor's or Administrator's Guide
Performance Measurement (including evaluation strategy and instruments)

Key Benefits

Employees are better skilled than those who receive training alone.
Management is involved in the performance improvement initiative.
